Location Data
With your permission, we collect your device's location to show you nearby doctors and healthcare providers. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
Camera and Microphone
We request access to your device's camera and microphone solely to enable video and audio consultations with healthcare providers. We do not record or store video call content.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App, including pages visited, features used, and error reports, to improve performance and user experience.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
- Connect you with licensed healthcare providers
- Process appointments and consultations
- Send you appointment reminders and notifications
- Improve, personalise, and expand our services
- Monitor and analyse usage and trends to improve your experience

- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data on our behalf:
Agora

Sentry
We use Sentry for error monitoring and crash reporting. Sentry may collect device information and anonymised stack traces when the App encounters an error. For more information, see Sentry's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Healthcare providers — doctors and specialists you consult through the App
- Service providers — third-party vendors who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing)
- Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
